Unless otherwise expressly stated, Advance Tabco warrants all of its equipment to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a 90-day period following the date of purchase providing notice thereof is received within that time.
If defects result, seller will notify factory to either repair those defects or replace the particular item. In no event will the cost of this obligation exceed the net selling price of the item.
This warranty applies only under the conditions of normal use and does not apply to defects, which result from negligence, misuse, or accidents. This warranty is expressly made in lieu of the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and any and all other warranties express or implied unless herein otherwise stated.
The company’s responsibility and obligation under this guarantee is limited to the exchange of any defective part which may be returned and which proves to be defective. This warranty does not include the cost of labor, loss of business, damages or other miscellaneous expenses incurred in servicing the unit.
All incidental or consequential damages are specifically excluded. No additional warranties, express or implied, are given. Any implied warranty, including one of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to the duration of this written warranty. |
